Addison John Esch

Addison John Esch died at his home in the late hours of December 11, 2014.
Addison was born on November 14, 1997, in West Branch, Michigan, to John and
Linda Esch, of Mio. At eight years of age, he made the most important decision of his life
when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. In 2007, he became a member of
Christ Our Life Church in Curran, Michigan. He worked on his parents' farm, and was a
home school student. Addison enjoyed history, music, baseball, hockey, video games and
playing disc golf with his dad and brothers.
Surviving are his parents, and his grandparents, Velma Esch, of Fairview, and
Bud and Kip Abbe, of Mio. Also surviving are his siblings, Trista Lynne (Josh) Hummel,
of Bloomfield, CT., Erin Hilary (Brian) Bollon, of Greenville, Sc., Hayley Rebekah
(Caleb) Y ourig, of Ottawa, IL., Katelyn Hannah (Michael) Asire, of Greenville, Sc.,
Mackenzie Rachel Esch, of Bloomfield, CT., Ira Vernon (Sydney) Esch, of Oshtemo, MI.,
Alexcenah Faith Esch, of Traverse City, MI., and Joshua Glynn Esch, of Mio, his seven
nieces and nephews, Isabel Anne Bollon, Emmett James Bollon, Arthur John Bollon,
Owen Samuel Bollon, Lydia Christine Young, Nicolas Hazard Young, and Sebastian
Rand Hummel, and also many aunts, uncles and cousins. Addison was preceded in death
by his grandfather, Ira David Esch, and by his uncle, Phillip Esch.
Visitation will be held 6-9 PM on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Lashley Funeral Home Mio, Michigan
with funeral services on Monday, December 15, 2014 at the Fairview Mennonite Church
beginning at 11 :00 a.m., Pastor David Dee officiating. Interment will follow at the
Fairview Cemetery in Fairview.
